Shipping your goods
- We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over AUD $100
- Standard postage within Australia is a flat fee of AUD $10 and takes 5-7 days
- Express post Australia and New Zealand is a flat fee of $15 and takes 3-4 days
- International shipping under AUD $100 is a flat fee of $15 via DHL and takes 5-7 days
- Express International deliveries are a flat fee of AUD $30 and takes 3-4 days

Processing your order
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding AUS public holidays) will be processed the following business day and, pending credit card verification, will be shipped within three business days.
Orders placed on non-business days will be processed the following business day and will be shipped, pending credit card verification, within three business daysfrom the day of processing.
