Cosmo Crew does not accept cheques, cash, money orders, or orders taken over the phone. Only one method of payment can be accepted per order, with the exception of credit notes.
Shipping your goods
- We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over AUD $100
- Standard postage within Australia is a flat fee of AUD $10 and can take between 7-14 days
- Express post Australia and New Zealand is a flat fee of $15 and takes 3-4 days
- International shipping under AUD $100 is a flat fee of $25 via DHL and can take 5-10 days

Processing your order
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding AUS public holidays) will be processed the following business day, pending credit card verification, and shipped within three business days.
Importation costs
All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware each country has different laws regarding importation of certain products. We advise contacting local Customs office for current charges in your country to understand the value threshold in your country and import taxes from goods coming from Australia.
