Refund policy
We hope you love your Cosmo Crew outfit, but if it's not quite right, we’ll happily provide a refund back to your original method of payment or process an exchange for any other item (subject to availability) provided you meet the following conditions;
- Your item/s are returned within 10 working days of receiving your order
- Item/s are returned in original condition (unworn and unwashed, in new condition with all tags attached)
- Swimwear items still have attached hygiene protector strip
- Accompanied with proof of purchase
- Return authorisation has been approved via email
- We do not accept refunds on sale items unless faulty, sale merchandise may not be exchanged
Please email hello@cosmocrewkids.com prior to sending your item/s back for a Returns Authorisation. Any exchanges or returns shipping charges are at your own expense. We will provide a refund minus the shipping fee, apart from damaged goods where we will cover shipping.
Cosmo Crew reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the conditions above.
